In a large bowl, mix turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper together until well mixed. Separate the turkey meat into 8 different portions and create the hamburger patties. Heat your grill to 425 degrees. Cook for approximately 15 minutes turning twice during cooking until cooked through (165 degrees). In the last 2-3 minutes, top each with a slice of Provolone cheese.
Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, and the minced candied jalapeño peppers to create your "secret sauce".
After all the burgers have cooked, place the buns on the grill and toast for 2-3 minutes.
Dress your turkey burger with your sauce, roasted red peppers, red onion, and spinach leaves.

Gosh dang it. I KNEW I shouldn't sit down to read blogs when I was starving. Crap. And the kids and I are on our own for dinner tonight, so we were gonna eat crappy frozen pizza. Now this is all I'm going to be able to think about until I get it. Oh whoa is me.
I'm seriously thinkin' I need to try makin' those jalapenos this weekend. I can't stop thinking about THEM either. I told my hubby about them last night and his eyes lit up. 🙂
All of my favorite things under one bun 🙂 looks so delicious!
