Yields1 Serving

 2 fl oz Bourbon (I used Four Roses)
 ½ fl oz Aperol
 1 fl oz Byrrh
 ½ fl oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
 lemon peel for garnish
 dry ice for fun

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a glass with a large ice cube.


Garnish with a lemon peel.


I placed a little dry ice in the cocktail for the smoke and bubbles-make sure it has completely melted before consuming.
