Spinach Artichoke Bread

 8 oz cream cheese, softened
 8 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
 6 oz marinated artichoke hearts in oil, drained and finely chopped
 3 cloves of garlic, minced
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
 1 tsp onion powder
 1 tsp garlic powder
 ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded and separated
 ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
 1 loaf artisan bread or French bread

Preheat the oven to 375℉.


Add the cream cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, and spices into a large bowl and mix well. Add 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.


Cut the loaf of bread in half long ways and place on a baking sheet. Spread the spinach and artichoke mixture on each side of the bread loaves. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and the parmesan cheese.


Bake the bread for 15-20 minutes or until the bread is soft and bubbly. Remove from the oven and allow to sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
