Spiced Cucumber Citrus Sparkling Cocktails

The Spiced Citrus Juice shout sit in the refrigerator for 3-5 days until desired taste.

 ½ fl oz cucumber juice, finely strained to remove seeds
 2 fl oz Spiced Citrus Juice
 ½ fl oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
 2 fl oz Yellowfin Otoro Vodka Add ½ ounce simple syrup is substituting another vodka
 champagne or sparkling wine
 garnish with a cucumber slice and a sprig of fresh mint
For the Spiced Citrus Juice:
 2 large Ruby Red grapefruits, juiced
 2 Cara Cara oranges, juiced
 2 blood oranges, juiced
 2 lemons, juiced
 2 limes, juiced
 ¼ cup cardamon seeds
 ½ cup fresh mint

Combine the cucumber juice, Spiced Citrus Juice, St. Germain, and vodka in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously to combine.

Pour into a coupe glass and top with champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with a cucumber slice and a sprig of fresh mint.

To make the Spiced Citrus Juice:

Combine all of the juices, cardamon seeds, and mint in a covered glass jar and allow to sit in the refrigerator for 3-5 days until desired taste is achieved.

Strain and store in the refrigerator fur up to 1 week.
