Preheat oven to 400℉.
Place the cauliflower pieces on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of the olive oil.
In a small bowl combine the garlic powder, oregano, basil, dill weed, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. Stir to combine. Sprinkle the cauliflower with the seasoning mix, tossing to cover completely.
Roast the cauliflower for 15-20 minutes, stirring once, until cauliflower starts to brown.
Spread the hummus on a platter, top with the roasted cauliflower, sprinkle with the feta cheese and olives. Drizzle with the remaining 1/2 tbsp olive oil if desired.
