Place the milk and half-and-half in a medium-sized pot over low heat. Bring it to a simmer. Remove from heat and add the chocolate, whisking constantly until the chocolate is melted. Add the sugar and vanilla extract. Garnish with a marshmallow. Serve immediately.
Serving suggestion--add 1-ounce of the Coffe Rum or 1-ounce of the Salted Caramel Crown Royal to the hot chocolate. Garnish with a homemade marshmallow.
