 6 Thai Basil leaves
 ¼ oz simple syrup
 2 fl oz passionfruit juice
 ½ fl oz freshly squeezed lime juice
 2 fl oz vodka
 ¼ fl oz egg white
 1 Thai Basil leaf for garnish

In a shaker, add the Thai basil leaves and muddle. Add the simple syrup, lime juice, passionfruit juice, vodka, and egg white. Dry shake until the mixture comes together, then add ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a coupe glass and add a Thai basil leaf for garnish.
