Goat Cheese Stuffed Prosciutto Wrapped Dates

 1 lb large pitted dates
 3 oz honey goat cheese
 4 oz prosciutto slices, cut into small pieces
 1 tbsp honey

Stuff each date with about a teaspoon of goat cheese. Wrap with a small piece of prosciutto and secure with a toothpick.


Preheat the oven to 350℉. Bake the dates on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 13-15 minutes until the prosciutto is crispy. Place on a platter and drizzle with honey.
