Cran-Razz Ornament-Tinis

 3 fresh raspberries
 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice, + ½ ounce
 1 tsp sugar
 2 ½ fl oz cranberry juice
 2 fl oz Yellowfin Otoro Vodka
 1 fl oz Lillet Rosé
 lemon zest for garnish

In a small bowl, soak the raspberries in 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and roll in 1 teaspoon sugar. Use the remaining sugar and lemon juice from this to rim the chilled martini glass.


Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of a shaker, add the remaining ingredients, including the 1/2 ounce of lemon juice.


Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well combined.


Pour into the chilled martini glass rimmed with lemon juice and sugar.


Garnish with a long lemon peel shaped into a bow.


For fun, I first poured the martini into a clear glass ornament for serving.
