In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the orange juice, lime juice, Lillet Blanc wine, Cognac, and rosemary honey syrup. Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange slices and a sprig of rosemary.
In a small saucepan over medium heat combine the water, honey, and rosemary sprigs. Allow mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove mixture from heat and allow to cool. Remove the rosemary sprigs and store in a sealed container for up to 1 week.
