Citrus Lillet Blanc Cooler

slightly adapted from

 1 fl oz freshly squeezed orange juice
 ½ fl oz freshly squeezed lime juice
 2 ½ fl oz Lillet Blanc
 1 ½ fl oz Cognac
 ½ fl oz rosemary honey syrup
 garish with rosemary sprigs and orange slices
for the rosemary honey syrup
 3 sprigs of rosemary
 ½ cup water
 ¼ cup honey

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the orange juice, lime juice, Lillet Blanc wine, Cognac, and rosemary honey syrup. Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange slices and a sprig of rosemary.

to make the rosemary honey syrup:

In a small saucepan over medium heat combine the water, honey, and rosemary sprigs. Allow mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove mixture from heat and allow to cool. Remove the rosemary sprigs and store in a sealed container for up to 1 week.
