Muddle three blackberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, Grand Marnier, and rum. Add ice and shake vigorously to combine.
Place a large single ice cube in a double old-fashioned glass and pour contents of the shaker over the ice. Add the drop of habanero bitters and garnish with the remaining blackberries.
