
There is nothing I love more than starting off Thanksgiving (or really any) morning with a delicious mimosa. It’s kind of a thing at our house on holiday mornings to be in the kitchen cooking up a storm with a mimosa in hand. It just adds to the fun and excitement of the holiday. (Here’s last year’s Thanksgiving Mimosa which is also super delicious.)

I really love pear anything and this delicious Pear Liqueur is one of my favorites. It’s such a delicate flavor perfect with pomegranate and champagne. I love to make this cocktail ahead of time for my guests and just add the champagne at the end to ensure that the cocktail stays cold.
Entertaining Tip–drizzle a little lemon juice over the pear slices to keep them from turning brown if you aren’t serving the mimosas right away.
Place a few pomegranate arils in the bottom of a champagne glass. Add the pomegranate juice, pear liqueur, and top with champagne. Garnish with a pear slice.
