Growing up, my Mom always made chocolate peanut butter no-bake cookies when I was a kid. I loved them. I took her recipe and updated it with a secret ingredient– Nutella. I know for a while, Nutella really got some love and was all over the place, but I don’t really see is as often as I used to, in recipes I mean. I don’t know why?? Really, it is so good and how can you not love this stuff–chocolate and hazelnuts.
I decided to use the Nutella in place of the cocoa powder and some of the peanut butter. I wasn’t sure when I started if I could top the original, but I think that these are just as delicious. One of the best things about these sweet little treats is that they are ready in just a few minutes and are made with ingredients that we can usually find in our pantry.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Nutella Cookies
In a medium saucepan combine butter, milk, and sugar over medium heat. Once butter is melted, increase heat and bring mixture to a boil. Let the mixture boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and add vanilla, Nutella, and peanut butter. Mix well and add oats. Drop mixture onto wax paper and allow cookies to harden for at least 30 minutes before serving.
