Have you ever tried Hot Ruby Cranberry Cider? It is amazing. It’s made with the delicious flavors of cranberry, citrus, cinnamon, and cloves. It is so good served warm or when made into an amazing cocktail like this Hot Ruby Cosmo Punch. I actually made this cocktail for an even at one of my favorite local boutiques, Birdwell’s, during their Holiday “Sip & Stroll” event. It was so much fun and everyone seemed to love the cocktail.
What’s in the Hot Ruby Cosmo Punch?
- Hot Ruby Cranberry Cider
- Yellowfin Otoro Vodka
- freshly squeezed lime juice
- simple syrup
- fresh cranberries and lime wheels for garnish
This cocktail is so easy to make and perfect for making in a large batch. I served this cocktail in a large vessel for the socially distanced event, but I have also enjoyed it (once or twice wink, wink) as a single cocktail. In addition to the scrumptious Hot Ruby Cranberry Cider, I used my favorite Yellowfin Vodka to create this delicious cocktail. Yellowfin’s Otoro Vodka is made with pure Louisiana Cane Sugar and is the perfect complement to the cranberry citrus flavors by adding just a touch of sweetness to the cocktail. Since this cocktail is meant to be sweet and tart, I added a tiny bit of my Sucre Syrup Simple Syrup.
