With every Bourbon cocktail, I make I am becoming more and more of a fan. I mean, it’s a little sweet, a little fruity, and if you are drinking the right one it’s so smooth and delicious. My problem is that I really like the single barrel kinds (you know the ones that cost quite a bit). I don’t know why I can’t do better with liking more inexpensive things–my budget definitely wants me to. I’ve really been loving Four Roses Single Barrel and Blade and Bow.
Place 3 drops of the orange bitters in the bottom of a coupe or martini glass. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Bourbon, Vermouth, and the cherry liqueur. Shake until well blended and pour into the glass over the bitters. Garnish with a few cherries.
