Ok, I’ve got to say, these are by far the hardest appetizer ever to photograph, but I promise they taste much, much better than they appear. These Goat Cheese Stuffed Prosciutto Wrapped Dates are some of my favorite (as well as a few of my friend’s favorite appetizers because they are usually requested for every event). I’ve made these several different ways throughout the years, but it seems that this combination is the favorite. They are so easy to make and the creamy goat cheese is perfect with the sweet dates and salty prosciutto.
Stuff each date with about a teaspoon of goat cheese. Wrap with a small piece of prosciutto and secure with a toothpick.
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Bake the dates on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 13-15 minutes until the prosciutto is crispy. Place on a platter and drizzle with honey.
