I just love this time of year (minus the heat). What I mean by this time of year is –Grilling Season. The food is just so, so much better. It is also so easy to cook a delicious meal without heating up the kitchen to 1,000 degrees. This salmon recipe is so, so easy and really flavorful. Now truth be told I’m a little weird about salmon-I don’t like fishy at all. I love fish, but just not fishy and sometimes salmon is fishy. I started making this garlic, dijon sauce and low and behold, no more fishy. I love it.
