It’s blood orange season and I made a twist on one of my all-time favorite cocktails. It’s a good day. This Blood Orange Pomegranate French 76 with Yellowfin Vodka is the perfect winter cocktail when you want something refreshing and tart. This delicious cocktail is a slight variation of a French 75 made with vodka instead of gin or cognac.
I absolutely love to make variations of cocktails and this one turned out so delicious. Yellowfin Vodka is a delicious vodka made from pure Louisiana cane sugar. It’s a little bit sweeter than most vodka, but still only has 86 calories per 1.5 ounces with no carbs. This makes it the perfect addition to any cocktail that you are wanting to cut out the added sugar without sacrificing flavor.

Ingredients Needed and a few hints…
- Yellowfin Vodka
- freshly squeezed blood orange juice
- freshly squeezed lemon juice
- pomegranate juice
- pomegranate liqueur (I used PAMA)
- champagne or sparkling wine
- garnish with pomegranate arils and blood orange slices
- If you don’t have pomegranate liqueur then just add more pomegranate juice.
- If you want your cocktail a little more sweet than tart, add a little simple syrup.

Blood Orange Pomegranate French 76
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the Yellowfin vodka, blood orange juice, pomegranate juice, pomegranate liqueur, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and pour into a chilled coupe glass. Top with champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with pomegranate arils and a blood orange wheel.

Well this is the prettiest cocktail ever! Sounds delicious.

I cannot tell you how many times I look at your posts and wish I knew what would work together and be amazing. I have an entire side board packed with bottles of this and that and have no idea how to use them up. This recipe gives me hope! AND, it’s positively gorgeous.
Thanks so much! I just love mixing it all together and seeing what I get a lot of times. So glad you stopped by! Let me know how it turns out.
Well this looks delicious! I can’t wait for #dryjanuary to be over so I can try it. I had no idea there was a pomegranate liquor. Can we claim antioxidants as we drink it?! 😂😂
I’m not sure if we can claim the antioxidants, but we can just go with it, right?? Thanks so much for stopping by!
